Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of LeagueForge.

Agreement

By accessing or using LeagueForge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use LeagueForge. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Organizer responsibilities

If you create or administer a league/tournament, you are responsible for the information you publish and the permissions you grant.

  • You control whether an event is listed as PUBLIC in Explore.
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and venue rules.
  • You are responsible for communicating rules, fees, and policies to participants.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities).
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Scrape, harvest, or mass-collect data from public pages in a way that violates privacy expectations.

Content and data

You retain ownership of content you submit to LeagueForge. You grant LeagueForge a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Payments

Some features may require payment by organizers. Pricing and add‑ons may change over time. Any payment processing, where enabled, is intended to be pass‑through with applicable processing fees. If enabled, by the season or tournament organizer, players/teams may be able to make payments using LeagueForge. Any fees associated with this are the responsiblity of the organizers.

Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if needed to protect the Service and users or fail to make required payments by due date. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeagueForge disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeagueForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LeagueForge operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
